Employee of the 1st Quarter 2026: Scott Ruback

Scott Ruback was named our first Quarter Employee of the
Quarter for 2026.
Scott has been with SMSH since June 2023 as the Physical Plant
Director. He consistently demonstrates the core
values of SMSH especially teamwork, communication, trust,
professionalism, trust, professionalism, and respect.
His nominator adds, “No matter which department needs
assistance, Scott is always willing to step in and help wherever he is needed. He has even provided relief on the units as well as
contributed to making every event at SMSH a success. He is great at communicating the task, trustworthy, and dedicated
employee.”
SMSH is truly blessed to have Scott as an employee. He demonstrates professionalism in every task he performs and approaches each responsibility with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
