PRN/Contract Certified Pharmacist Technician (back up for Full-Time Pharmacy Technician)
POSITION SUMMARY: Accountable for assisting a pharmacist in drug distribution and inventory. A familiarity of medical terminology and drug types, as well as the common abbreviations used in writing medication orders, and a knowledge of names, strengths, and dosage forms of medications is required. The incumbent must be able to follow procedures efficiently and accurately with minimum supervision.
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION REQUIRED:
Requires High School Diploma
Required to be a Certified Pharmacy Technician
Requires Valid Driver’s License and Proof of Auto Insurance
WORK SCHEDULE: This position is Part-time and considered a back up to our full-time pharmacy technician, with no guarantee on number of hours, but would help cover certain days Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm.
HOURLY RATE OF PAY: $17.00

PRN Recreation Therapist
POSITION SUMMARY:
Accountable for planning, directing, and coordinating complex recreation-based or music-based treatment programs for people with disabilities, injuries or illnesses. Accountable for assessing patients, performing treatment planning, facilitating activities, using and maintaining therapy equipment, and maintaining documentation. Work at this level allows for wide latitude of individual initiative and program planning; however, it must be coordinated with other programs and services.
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION REQUIRED:
* Requires High School Diploma
* Requires bachelor’s degree in Recreation/Music Therapy
* Requires Valid Driver’s License and Proof of Auto Insurance
WORK SCHEDULE: This position is Part-time and considered a back up to our full-time recreation therapist and would help cover certain days Monday through Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm, some evening, and some weekend days.
HOURLY RATE OF PAY: $17.25

Social Work Assistant (Social Services Specialist I) (full-time)
POSITION SUMMARY:
Social Services Specialist I Positions at this level work under the supervision of higher levels to create and/or maintain a service plan throughout the duration of a case, including performing assessments, coordinating, and may deliver direct services with community partners and documenting all relevant activities, actions taken, and contacts involved with a case. This position is Monday through Friday with weekends and holidays off.
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION REQUIRED: Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree and 0-2 years of experience. Appointing authority may require social worker’s license.

Security Officer III (Full-Time)
POSITION SUMMARY: This is advanced level security work for patrolling and protecting public property and equipment against loss or damage from theft, fire, vandalism, or other causes, and maintaining order in a state facility. Employees at this level function as a lead worker and/or shift supervisor, use knowledge to make decisions, and mentor lower level employees.

Periodically checks the grounds throughout the shift. Observes activity via cameras as well as in person. Offers support on patient units. Serves as a backup for other role(s). Other duties as assigned

WORK SCHEDULE: Will need to be available for all three shifts:
A shift (7:00am to 3:30pm)
B shift (3:00pm – 11:30pm)
C shift (11:00pm – 7:30am), but primarily would help cover A and B shift. Would require working on weekends and holidays.
Pay: $16.50 per hour

Support Care Professional (full-time)
POSITION SUMMARY: Responsible for working with adults diagnosed with a mental illness. May lead or monitor patient education groups. Document patient activity throughout the day. Provide full-body care when needed. Take vital signs. Observe and assist with recreation therapy. Constantly monitor patient activity. Other duties as assigned.
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION REQUIRED: High School Diploma (or GED) required. 0-3 years of experience preferred.
WORK SCHEDULE: Includes weekends and holidays (please see shift times below.)
A Shift (7:00 A.M. to 3:30 P.M.)
B Shift (3:00 P.M. to 11:30 P.M.)
SALARY: $24,045.31 to 29,325.00 based on years of experience

Registered Nurse (full-time)
POSITION SUMMARY: Provides quality care and treatment to adults diagnosed with mental illness, in an acute-care setting. Implements the nursing process in an organized, systematic manner to include assessment planning, intervention, and evaluation. Actively participates in treatment planning.
EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION REQUIRED: Current Mississippi (or Compact) RN License is required. Experience is not required.

C Shift (11:00 P.M. to 7:30 A.M.)
SALARY: 55,741.31-78,037.83
We pay additional TDL (Type Duty Location) to all RN's and offer a differential for B and C shift for RNs
